01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the gt89 website located at https://gt89.io, including all sub-pages, services, features, content, and functionality offered by the Company. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

By accessing any part of the gt89 platform — whether as a registered player or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

gt89 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register an account and use the services offered by gt89, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order placed on any gambling platform, including gt89 itself;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person for the purposes of gambling or wagering.

gt89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence. Accounts suspected of being operated by persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.

If it is determined that a player has provided false information about their age, the Company reserves the right to void all bets placed, forfeit all balances associated with the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the gt89 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an account, players must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Players must promptly update any information that changes after registration by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. gt89 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available multi-factor authentication features. Players must notify gt89 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a player's failure to protect their login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

gt89 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to verify player eligibility. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gt89 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in promotional terms.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's gt89 account within seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the player's financial institution. gt89 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. gt89 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request before releasing funds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they can afford to lose. gt89 does not offer credit for gambling purposes. Players must not use funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

gt89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of the specific promotion shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts;
• gt89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice;
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or pattern betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — may have their bonuses revoked and their accounts reviewed;
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the gt89 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player. The Company's records of all bets placed shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

6.2 Errors and System Faults

In the event of a technical error, systems failure, or any manifest error in the odds or bet information displayed on the platform, gt89 reserves the right to void any affected bets. A manifest error includes any odds that were clearly incorrect at the time the bet was placed. The Company will endeavour to notify affected players as promptly as possible in such circumstances.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

gt89 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across specific markets. Details of applicable maximum payout limits are available on the relevant betting pages. The Company reserves the right to amend maximum payout limits at any time.

6.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

gt89 actively monitors all betting activity for patterns that suggest match-fixing, fraud, or the exploitation of system errors. Any account found to be engaged in suspicious betting activity will be suspended immediately and all associated bets may be voided at the Company's discretion.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on the gt89 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and specialty games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by trained croupiers.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game provider and are available within each game's information panel. gt89 does not modify RTP settings. By playing any casino game on the platform, players acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by chance and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt89 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or terminated, all pending withdrawals withheld, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any bet placed on the platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software or games for financial gain;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the accounts of other players or to the Company's systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward gt89 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Assisting any third party in engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt89 and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gt89 platform or its services.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, even if gt89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gt89 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Privacy & Data

gt89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the gt89 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. 13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the gt89 platform. In the event of any dispute between a player and the Company arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
